摘要
本文阐述了烧结砖的析霜机理和析霜条件 ,分析了析霜对烧结砖的破坏作用 ,认为可溶性离子的析出改变了砖体的晶体结构和孔隙率 ,损害了砖体的显微结构 ,降低了强度的抗冻性。文章还提出了具体有效的预防析霜的措施。
The paper discussed the mechanism of scum and the de-scumming measures of fired bricks. It analysed the destructive action of scum on the fired bricks,the soluble ions being separeated,changing the bricks body's crystal structure and porosity, damaging brick body's micro-structure,decreasing frost-resistance strength. The paper finally gave the effective measures of avoiding scum.
