摘要
介绍了高位900 t轮胎式搬运机的结构形式和主要特点,设计过程中的计算情况,以及该设备在施工现场的安装和使用情况。自投入使用以来,其实现了将原起升高度提高1倍、同时完成高、低位2种工况的施工任务,在国内同类型的设备中均属首次。
This paper introduces the structure form and main features of high working condition 900-ton wheel type carrier, calculation of design process, and the installation and application of the equipment in the construction site. Since being put into use, the wheel type carrier has doubled the original lifting height, and completed high and low working condition construction task simultaneously, which have been never seen in the same type equipment in the country.
