摘要
为了解决通用聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液胶粘剂的耐寒、耐水性差的问题,对该胶进行了改性研究。本文介绍了改性白乳胶的配方、工艺和实验结果。结果表明,改性胶具有多次(在—20～30℃,5次循环)、长期(1个月)和深冷(—60℃)的冻融稳定性;三年以上的贮存稳定性;煮沸一小时不开胶的耐水性以及高于通用胶的粘接强度。
The present .F'AVc emulsionadhesive was modified to solvethe problem of being unable tostand frost and water, The for-mutation,process and experimentalresults of the modified adhesivewere described in this paper.Experimental results show工,that Thisadhesive has freeze一thaw stabilityfor several times(five cycles,atthe temperature from一2p to+30℃),long一term(one month )and iniensecold(一60℃)and excellent stor-ability in three years and over,theadhesive layer stands againstboiling water f or an hour andover, This adhesive has higherbonding strea;th than the presentPVAc emulsion adhesives.
