摘要
目的检测慢性荨麻疹患者外周盖单．核细胞（PBMC）T-bet、GATA-3mRNA。的表达，计算T—bet／GATA-3比值，探讨Th1／Th2失衡与慢性荨麻疹的关系。方法采用实时定量多聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）方法检测30例慢性荨麻疹患者（CU）和30例健康对照者PBMC中T-bet和GATA-3mRNA的表达水平，并计算T—bet／GATA-3比值。结果CU组PBMc中T—betmRNA表达水平较对照组降低，而GATA-3mRNA的水平较对照组升高，CU组T-bet／GATA-3比值较对照组显著下降。结论慢性荨麻疹患者T-bet／GATA-3表达异常，患者存在显著的Th1／Th2免疫失衡。
Objective To detect the T-bet and GATA-3 expression in chronic urtiqaria patients, and calculate the ratio of T-bet/GATA-3, then to investigate the relationship between the Immune-imbalance and chronic urticaria. Methods Real-time quantitative PCR technology was used to detect the expression of T-bet and GATA-3 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 30 chronic urticaria patients（CU group） and 30 normal individuals（control group）. And then the ratio of T-bet / GATA-3 was calculated and compared. Results T- bet expression in CU group was lower than control group （P = 0. 0001 ）, while GATA-3 was higher than that in control group（ P =0. 0001）, and the ratio of T-bet / GATA-3 in CU group was obviously lower than that in control group （P =0.0001）. Conclusions T-bet / GATA-3 decreased in chronic urticaria patients, there is prominent immune imbalance of Thl/Tld in the chronic urticaria.
