摘要
本文着重介绍了锯末刨花板用价廉物美的淀粉脲醛复合粘合剂制作的反应机理、工艺流程及配方等。该粘合剂以AS—85型淀粉、改性脲醛树脂为主要原料,在常温下,通过氧化、糊化、络合、混合而成。
Reaction mechanism, technological process,and formulation of a cheap starch and urea-formaldehyde compound adhesive for saw-dust and shaving boards are mainly described in this paper. This adhesive which is mainly made of AS-85 Starch and urea-formaldehyde is oxidized,dextrinized, completed and mixed together under the normal atmospheric temperature.
