摘要
以8a生大别山冬青为试材,研究了插穗年龄、扦插季节、扦插基质、生根激素种类及浓度对大别山冬青生根的影响。结果表明:适宜大别山冬青扦插的条件为1a生插穗、7月份扦插、泥炭土和珍珠岩(体积比1∶1)的混合基质、2 000mg/L的IBA处理;各因素对大别山冬青扦插生根均具有显著影响,其中,插穗年龄和扦插季节的各处理间生根率差异达极显著水平。
Effects of the cuttingage, cutting seasons, kinds of substrate, the kinds and concentrations of rooting hormones on the rooting of Ilex dabieshanensis were studied. The results showed that the appropriate cutting factors were 1 year cuttings, cutting in July, mixing substrate of peat soil and pearlite, and IBA with the concentration of 2 000 mg/L. The cuttingage and cutting seasons were the main factors influencing the rooting rate of Ilex dabieshanensis.
