摘要
通过以BPO为引发剂,甲苯为溶剂的溶液聚合,合成了丙烯酸及其酯类的二元共聚物。以此作为环氧树脂的固化剂,配制成中温固化的热固型油面胶。通过一系列表征、性能测试、对比试验,说明该胶的吸油特性优异。
The copolymerization of acrylic acid with acrylate initated by BPO was carried out in the solution of toluene. A intermediate temperature curing thermosetting oil-surface adhesive was prepared by using the product as curing agent for epoxy. Its excellent performance in oil absorption has been proved by characterization, performance measurement and comparision test.
