肝癌肝移植术后复发的高危因素及防治策略 被引量：2

摘要 我国是世界上肝癌发病率最高的国家。肝移植术是治疗肝癌的有效方法之一,尤其是伴有肝硬化、肝功能不全或肿瘤不适合切除的患者,肝移植具有明显优势。早期肝癌患者肝移植的总体疗效要优于单纯肝癌切除。但肝移植术后肿瘤复发是影响术后长期生存的主要因素。即使严格按照Millian标准筛选的肝癌患者,其肝移植术后复发率仍高达25%～67%。
