摘要
目的:探讨卵巢浆液性和黏液性肿瘤中黏蛋白MUC2的表达与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:免疫组织化学S-P法检测90例卵巢浆液性和黏液性肿瘤的黏蛋白MUC2的表达。结果:(1)交界性与恶性卵巢肿瘤中黏蛋白MUC1的表达阳性率明显高于良性肿瘤,差异有显著性(P=0.0001);黏蛋白MUC1与WHO病理分级、FIGO临床分期、大网转移显著相关(P<0.05)。(2)黏蛋白MUC2与组织学类型、WHO病理分级相关(P<0.05)。结论:黏蛋白MUC2与恶性卵巢浆液性和黏液性肿瘤的浸润、转移相关。
Objective：To study mucin MUC2 expression and clinical pathological features relationship in serous and mucinous ovarian tumors.Methods：SP immunohistochemistry technique was used to evaluate the expression of mucin MUC1,MUC2 in 90 cases of serous and mucinous ovarian tumors.The survival rate of 50 cases of malignant tumor was analyzed.Results：（1 ） Expression of mucin MUC1 in borderline ovarian tumor and malignant ovarian tumor is significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumor（P =0.0001）. Expression of mucin MUC1 was significantly associated with WHO pathological grades,FIGO clinical stage,the greater omental metastasis （P 0.05）.（2） Mucin MUC2 was associated with histological types,WHO pathological grades（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Mucin MUC1 and MUC2 were related with invasion,metastasis of serous and mucinous ovarian tumors.
