摘要
在以江蓠(Gracilaria tenuistipitata)为养殖基质的养殖条件下,研究了温度对双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis aibuhitensis)亲体成活率、变态率、绝对繁殖力、相对繁殖力和性腺系数(GSI)的影响。结果表明:江蓠为基质的养殖条件下,温度对双齿围沙蚕亲体的成活率、变态率、绝对繁殖力、体重均有显著的影响(P<0.05);温度为22℃、24℃时,双齿围沙蚕的成活率达82.0%～86.0%,变态率为44.0%,体重为5.22g,绝对繁殖力为23.17万粒,均显著高于其他实验组;在实验温度范围内,双齿围沙蚕相对繁殖力在4.27万～4.44万粒/g之间,性腺系数在64.06%～67.04%范围之内,组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,以江蓠为基质的养殖条件下,22～24℃是双齿围沙蚕亲体培育的最适宜温度。
In this paper the effect of temperature on fertility, relative fertility and gonadosomatic ratio condition with Gracilaria tenuistipitata. The result parents survival rate, metamorphic rate, absolute of Perinereis aibuhitensis were studied under the showed that under the condition with Gracilaria tenuistipitata, temperature had a significant effect on parents survival rate, metamorphic rate, absolute fertility and body weight of Perinereis aibuhitensis（P〈0.05）. When temperature was 22 ℃ or 24 ℃, survival rate reached to 82.0%-86.0%, metamorphic rate was 44.0%, body weight was 5.22g, absolute fertility got. to 23.17 million grains, all of them were observably higher than other experimental groups. Relative fertility reached to 4.27-4.44 million grains per gram and gonad ratio was 64.06% -67.04% in the temperature range of the experiment, there were no significant difference among groups（P〉0.05）. So,the optimum temperature of Perinereis aibuhitensis parents culture was 22-24 ℃.
