摘要
关于不等截面拉延筋取决于控制冲压件成形质量优化问题,薄板件拉伸件拉延成型过程中,由于受力不均,形成缺陷。为解决上述问题,研究了一种快速优化设置不等截面拉延筋结构参数的方法。通过构建拉裂和起皱缺陷的目标评价函数,构建相应的响应曲面,采用遗传算法优化响应曲面获取等效拉延阻力,再结合等效阻力模型反求出不同截面处拉延筋的几何参数,从而获得更加合理的拉延阻力,提高成形质量。以某车型内板冲压成形为例进行住仿真,验证了方法对设计不等截面拉延筋结构参数的有效性,为工程实际设计提供了依据。
Non-uniform section drawbead is an effective way to control the forming quality of stamping parts. A simplified method was introduced to determine the structural parameters of the non-uniform section drawbead in this study. Two response surfaces were established respectively according to the objective function of crack and wrinkle. The equivalent drawing force was optimized with the genetic algorithm to quickly obtain the structural parameters of the non-uniform section drawbeads, then the reasonable drawing force was acquired for improving the forming quality well. Furthermore, an example of the stamp forming was shown to prove its effectiveness and significance in practical projects.
