老年高血压合并抑郁患者甲状腺激素水平变化分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解老年高血压合并抑郁患者甲状腺激素水平的变化。方法选择老年高血压患者73例,分为高血压合并抑郁组(合并组)28例,高血压无合并抑郁组(对照组)45例,并对其进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表及血清甲状腺激素水平检测,比较2组甲状腺激素水平和低T_3综合征发生率。结果合并组患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸低于对照组(P<0.01),低T_3综合征发生率高于对照组(39.29%vs 17.78%,P<0.05)。结论老年高血压合并抑郁患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸降低,容易发生低T_3综合征,应定期检测甲状腺功能。 Objective To explore the alteration of serum thyroid hormone FT3 ,FT4 ,TSH in elderly hypertension patients with depression. Methods A total of 73 elderly patients with hypertension screened with HAMD were divided into two groups:with depression and without depression (control). The levels of serum thyroid hormone FT3, FT4, TSH were compared between the two groups. Results The serum FT3 concentration of with depression group was lower than that of control group,the incidence of low T3 symdrome was higher than that o{ control group(39.29% vs 17.78%,P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum FT3 in elderly hypertension patients with depression was decreased,and the incidence of low T3 symdrome was increased,so regular monitoring of serum FT3, FT4, TSH is very important.
