摘要
目的观察电针四神聪穴治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将60例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用电针四神聪穴治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,两组患者分别在治疗前后进行抗抑郁量表(HAMD)评定以及安全评定。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后HAMD评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针四神聪穴是一种治疗抑郁症的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at Sishencong （Ex-HN 1） in treating depression. Method Sixty patients with depression were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each. The treatment group received electroacupuncture at Sishencong （Ex-HN 1）, and the control group was managed by medication. The Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and safety evaluation were conducted for the two groups before and after treatment. Result The total effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group versus 60,0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The improvement of HAMD in the treatment group was markedly superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Sishencong （Ex-HN 1） is an effective approach in treating depression.
