摘要
本文就当前政府对房地产市场宏观调控背景下,加强保障性住房的建设和管理进行了初步分析,再次指出目前体制下经济适用房政策的弊端,希望通过加强对保障性住房建设的规范化管理,创造更加和谐的社会环境。
This article made a preliminary analysis on strengthening the construction and management of affordable housing in views of government′s macro-control on real estate market,and pointed out the shortcomings of policy of economically affordable housing once again in current system,so as to create a more harmonious social environment through strengthening the standardized management of the construction of affordable housing.
