摘要
本文首先对建筑施工管理中的安全管理进行了分析,接着分析了建筑施工现场管理的相关问题,最后对建筑工程后期施工管理进行了探讨,旨在与同行分析、交流,不断提升建筑施工管理水平。
This paper analyzes the safety management in construction management firstly,and then analyzes the related issues of construction site management,finally,discusses construction management of constructional engineering in later period,aims to exchange with persons of the same occupation,improve the level of construction management constantly.
