摘要
发明专利是科技创新的源泉,是衡量一个国家竞争力的一项重要指标。调查统计了近年来我国发明专利的授权数、授权部门、领域、地区前10名,国内外职务、非职务发明专利的比例,按国际IPC分类的行业授权结构分布以及发明专利的市场交易情况。分析发现,我国发明专利授权数量以平均每年30.9%速度增长;技术交易市场发明专利的合同数和交易金额升降不一,单个合同金额提升较快;国内职务发明专利的比例低于国外;发明专利集中在东部地区,地区和领域分布都不均匀。我国发明专利的整体质量有待进一步提高。
Invention patents are the source of technological innovation, competitiveness of a country is an important indicator to measure. The paper surveys the number of authorized patents, authorized departments, areas, regions top ten domestic and international positions, non -job -fat, specified proportion of the patent, distribution of authority structure according to the international IPC classifiable and the patent market transactions in China in recent years, It shows that the number of invention patents in China is in 30. 9% annual growth rate of patent, and there are different growth rates of the contracts and the transaction amount in technology trading market. Individual contracts increases faster; while the domestic service is lower than the proportion of foreign patents, the patent concentrates in the eastern region, and the overall quality of patents is to be further improved.
