摘要
《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》正式颁布,高校在贯彻实施中,要把志愿文化建设作为一项重要工作内容。志愿文化建设要围绕有利于大学生的思想政治教育、大学生成长成才和高校的和谐发展来进行,并对如何建设志愿文化提出了具体措施和建议。
The Central Committee of the Communist Party＇s Decisions on the Major Issues in Deepening Reform of the Cultural System to Promote Greater Socialist Cultural Development and Prosperity has been promulgated officially. Volunteer culture construction should be taken as important content in colleges and universities＇ implementation of the Decision. This paper advances the idea that the volunteer culture construction should revolve around the ideological and political education of college students, students＇ growth and the harmonious development of the universities; furthermore, it puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions on how to construct volunteer culture.
