摘要
目的探讨低温等离子手术治疗常年变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法常年变应性鼻炎72例,表面麻醉鼻内镜下低温等离子切断筛前神经、翼管神经,黏膜下消融下鼻甲。结果术后随访1年,显效率83.3%(60/72),改善9.7%(7/72),无效7.0%(5/72)。结论低温等离子治疗常年变应性鼻炎操作简单,安全,效果好,有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate clinical application of treating the allergic perennial rhinitis by using hypothermy plasma.Methods Totally 72 allergic perennial rhinitis cases were performed surface anesthesia of nasomucosa and cauterized anterior ethmoid nerve,vidina nerve,inferior turbinate by hypothermy plasma.Results All patients were followed up for one year.60 cases（83.3%） had effect,7 cases（9.7%） had improvement,5 cases（7.0%） had no effect.There were no complications in all patients.Conclusions Hypothermy plasma is effective in treating allergic perennial rhinitis.This method achieves a good clinical value and is worth of clinical use.
