摘要
目的分析并总结开放手术治疗泌尿系统子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法对淮安市第二人民医院自2006年12月至2010年l2月期间收治的泌尿系子宫内膜异位症患者22例进行开放手术治疗与术后随访。结果全部22例病人经病理分析均被确诊为泌尿系统子宫内膜异位症,其中仅有4例病人的膀胱子宫内膜异位症在行手术前得到明确的诊断,而在行手术前输尿管子宫内膜异位症未能得到明确诊断者有18例。全部22例病人在2～24个月的随访期内症状均出现不同程度的改善,有18例患者的积水程度明显减轻。结论早发现和早治疗以及密切随访对于挽救泌尿系统子宫内膜异位症患者的肾功能具有重要意义,开放手术治疗泌尿系统子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效理想,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical efficacy of open surgical treatment of urinary tract endometriosis.Methods The hospital from December 2006 to December 2010 were treated urinary tract endometriosis 22 patients for open surgery and postoperative follow-up.Results All 22 patients were diagnosed by pathological analysis of endometriosis,urinary system,of which only 4 patients with bladder endometriosis line to get a clear diagnosis before surgery,and the line prior to surgery ureteral endometriosis who have not been diagnosed in 18 cases.All 22 patients in the 2 to 24 months of follow-up period symptoms are varying degrees of improvement,18 patients of the water is reduced significantly.Conclusions Early detection and early treatment and close follow-up to save the urinary system in patients with endometriosis,renal function is important the clinical efficacy of open surgical treatment of urinary tract endometriosis is ideal,should be widely applied.
