腺苷受体对急性肺损伤肺泡液体清除和肺部炎症的影响

Eeffects of adenosine receptor on alveolar fluid clearance and pulmonary inflammation in acute lung injury

摘要 腺苷受体(A_1R、A_(2a)R、A_(2b)R和A_3R)属G-蛋白偶联受体超家族,包括7个跨膜结构,在人、鼠的组织、造血和非造血细胞中广泛表达。大量研究证实,腺苷受体能促进急性肺损伤肺泡液体清除和肺部炎症消退,因而备受关注。本文就腺苷受体对肺泡液体清除和调节肺部炎症的机制进行综述。 Adenosine receptors (A1R, A2aR, A2bR and A3R) are G-protein-coupled receptor superfamily including seven transmembrane structures, and are widely expressed in human and murine tissues, hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells. Currently, there are a large number of studies confirm that adenosine receptors promote alveolar fluid clearance and attenuate pulmonary inflammation in acute lung injury, therefore causing our attention. Here, we provide an overview of the effects of adenosine receptors on the mechanisms of alveolar fluid clearance and the regulation of lung inflammation.
