According to the current situation of medical material management, and grasping the medical material supply chain key nodes, this paper uses the concept of advanced inventory strategy, online application,＂ Mining ＂,＂ buy＂ separately, radio frequency identification technology and reshaping the team spirit philosophy , innovates the mode of management , to improve the performance of medical supplies management.
