高职林业技术专业工学结合人才培养模式的探究 被引量:7

摘要 高职林业技术专业培养什么样的人才,怎样培养人才,关系到林业高职教育是否能服务于现代林业建设、培养适需对路高质量人才的大问题。2006年,教育部在《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》的16号文件中明确指出":要积极推行与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的学习模式,把工学结合作为高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,带动专业调整与建设,引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法改革"。经过多年来的探索,工学结合已逐渐成为职业教育的典型人才模式。因此,从转变职业教育观念、整体化的职业分析、专业课程体系开发、项目课程设计、行动导向的教学模式、校企合作的实训基地建设、双重考核评价体系等方面系统阐述高职林业技术专业工学结合人才培养模式的基本框架具有重要的现实意义。 What talented person getting specialized train from higher vocational college of forestry and how to foster the talent is the important topic,relating to whether higher vocational education could serve the modern forestry construction and satisfy the need of the high grade talented person.In 2006,Ministry of Education,pointed out explicitly: "the study pattern must be carried out positively to unify the productive labor with the social practice,take the higher vocational education training pattern reform as the important breakthrough point,and lead the specialized adjustment and the construction,the guidance curriculum,the course content and the teaching method reform"in the 16th document("The document about Improves Higher Vocational education Quality of teaching Comprehensively Certain Opinions").After many years exploration,the technology union has gradually formed the vocational education pattern on the typical talented person.Therefore,this paper explained the system of professional forestry technology Engineering Training Mode with the basic framework has important practical significance,together with the introduction on the concept transition in vocational education,the overall analysis of the vocational and professional curriculum development,course design projects,action- oriented teaching model,school-enterprise cooperation training base construction,dual assessment system,etc.
