摘要
实施与探索多样化人才培养模式的改革与创新,对于提高人才培养质量,深化各项教育教学改革,起着至关重要的作用。东北林业大学对人才培养模式进行了一系列有益探索,获得了一些宝贵经验,取得了阶段性成效。
Practices and exploration on the reform and innovation of diversified training model play a very important role in improving talent cultivating quality and teaching reform on education in universities.Northeast Forestry University has carried on a series of the beneficial exploration,and obtained the valuable experience and successful effect.
