摘要
个性化本科教育是我国高等教育改革的重要内容,地方高校更迫切需要改革传统的人才培养模式。分析了地方高校人才培养中存在的问题,以教育理念、人才培养方案、评价制度和师生关系为出发点,提出了个性化人才培养的思路和方法,为本科人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。
Individualized undergraduate education is important content of higher education reform in China. It is more urgent to reform the traditional talent cultivation model in local universities. The existing problems in the talent cultivation in local universities were analyzed. Starting from the educational idea,talent cultivation project, evaluation system and relationship between teachers and students, the cultivation thoughts and method of individualized talent were given, so as to provide references for reforming the cultivation model of undergraduate talent.
