灯芯草纤维素黄原酸盐用于脱除蜂胶中铅的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究自制的灯芯草纤维素黄原酸盐用于吸附去除蜂胶中重金属铅的可行性和适应性。考察灯芯草纤维素黄原酸盐对蜂胶中铅的去除效果,探讨了静态吸附反应中铅离子浓度、吸附时间、初始溶液pH和吸附温度四个因素对铅去除率的影响,确定最佳吸附反应条件;并利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对脱铅处理前后蜂胶中黄酮类物质的成分和含量进行比较。结果表明,当向20mL含铅浓度为200μg/L的蜂胶溶液中加入0.2g的灯芯草纤维素黄原酸盐,并调节蜂胶液的pH为4.0~4.5,恒温(30℃)条件下振荡吸附10min,该吸附剂对蜂胶中铅离子的去除率为61.64%;根据高效液相色谱的检测结果,脱铅处理前后蜂胶中最主要活性成分芦丁的含量仅损失8%左右,表明灯芯草黄原酸盐对铅具有良好的选择性,而对蜂胶中黄酮类物质的影响不大。这既为控制蜂胶中重金属铅含量提供了新的处理技术,同时还为废弃中草药灯芯草的资源化及深度利用创造了新的思路。 The feasibility of using common rush cellulose xanthogenate to remove lead from propolis was studied.In the static state experiment,several influential effects on adsorption were investigated.In addition,the content of flavonoids in propolis after adsorption was also tested by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the xanthogenate had a good selectivity for lead,with the removal rate of 61.64% under the condition of the sorbent 0.2g,the lead concentration 200μg/L in 20mL propolis solution,the initial pH 4.0~4.5,the adsorption temperature 30℃ and the contact time 10min.While it had little effect on the flavonoids in propolis,and the content of rutin which was the main active ingredient in propolis was only reduced by 8% after adsorption.This not only provided a new efficient,low-cost technology for the control of lead in propolis,but also created a new way of using common rush residues.
