摘要
[目的]筛选出能催熟金橘果实的同时增进果实品质的处理方法,为柑橘的成熟期调控提供技术参数。[方法]在金橘转色初期,用浓度0、500、1 000μl/L乙烯利(CEPA)和0、500、1000、2 000倍"果彤红"进行喷果试验,喷果后观测果实的着色指数、果实硬度及可溶性固形物、维生素C、可滴定酸、可溶性糖含量,并计算固酸比和糖酸比。[结果]所有浓度的CEPA和"果彤红"组合均不同程度地促进了果实着色;用浓度500μl/L CEPA+500倍"果彤红"处理果实着色最快,同时可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量、固酸比、糖酸比等品质指标没有影响。果实对"果彤红"的反应在不同水平上的差异不显著。[结论]建议在生产中推广应用浓度500μl/L CEPA+500倍"果彤红"处理组合来促进金橘果实着色。
[Objective] The study aimed to screen the treating method that could improve the fruit quality in the same time of accelerating the maturation of the kumquat fruit and provide the technical parameters for the control of the maturation period of the kumquat.[Method] In the early color turning stage of kumquat,the ethephon(CEPA)at 0,500 and 1 000 μl/L and the "Guotonghong" diluted at 0,500,1000,2 000 times were used to conduct the fruit spraying test.After then,the coloring index,the hardness,soluble solids,vitamin C,titration acid and soluble sugar content in the fruit were determined and the solid-acid ratio and sugar-acid ratio were calculated.[Result] All concn.of CEPA and "Guotonghong" combinations could promote the fruit coloring to different degree;the treatment with CEPA at 500 μl/L + "Guotonghong" at 500 times could get fastest fruit coloring effect and had no influence on the quality indicators such as the soluble solids,soluble sugar content,solid-acid ratio and sugar-acid ratio.The difference at different level for the fruit response to "Guotonghong" was not significant.[Conclusion] It was suggested that the treatment combination with CEPA at 500 μl/L + "Guotonghong" at 500 times would be applied in the production to promote the fruit coloring of the kumquat.
