摘要
大学有其自身特有的知识品性与合法性逻辑,而新中国大学是在强大行政主义为其铸就的一套颠倒合法性逻辑与违背其知识品性体制下发展的且充满合法性危机的社会组织。大学"去行政化"是通过对危机的制度外拯救而非制度内拯救以达到对行政主义范式的一种扬弃,是一种还原大学对自由知识探索的品性与回归大学合法性的制度设计。
University has its own unique character of the knowledge and the validity of the logic, and the university in new China is strong administrative socialist for its casting a reverse legitimacy logic and against the character of the development of the knowledge system and full of legitimacy crisis social organization. The University ＂Remove Executive Alienation＂ is the crisis through the system to save rather than in the system to achieve administrative socialist to save a sublation paradigm, is a reduction of free knowledge exploration of the university of character and return the legality of the university system design.
