摘要
对95例随机抽取的社区精神分裂症患者进行评估,比较33例一年内发生攻击行为患者和62例一年内无攻击行为患者的差异,并进行logistics回归分析,探讨社区精神分裂症患者攻击行为的相关因素.结果显示,2组患者精神病阳性症状数目、患者文化程度、患者的自知力、监护人的文化程度,比较有统计学意义(p<0.05).logistic回归分析显示患者的阳性症状数目、自知力和患者文化程度与攻击行为相关.社区精神分裂症出现攻击行为患者阳性症状更多,文化程度低、监护人文化程度较低、自知力较差、阳性症状数目、患者文化程度以及患者的自知力与精神分裂症患者的攻击行为相关.
To explore the relevant factors of aggressive behavior of schizophrenia patients in community, 95 schizophrenia patients in community were chosen randomly and investigated on aggressive behavior within a year and the difference between the group of 33 patients with aggressive behavior and the group of 62 patients without aggressive behavior is discussed by using logistic regression analysis. Results show that there are significant differences in terms of positive symptoms, insight of patients, education degree of patients, and education degree of guardians between two groups （p〈0.05）. Logistic regression analysis indicates the positive symptoms, insight of patients, and education degree of patients are related to aggressive behavior. The group with aggressive behavior show more positive symptoms, poorer insight, lower education degree of patients, and lower education degree of guardians.
