摘要
从青岛温泉镇某池塘中分离得到一种微藻,为耐高浓度CO2的绿藻.该微藻在平面培养基上的藻落呈墨绿色,表面粗糙较湿润,细胞呈月牙状,长约为6~8μm,细胞最宽处约为1μm,属月牙藻属,命名为KX-2藻.KX-2藻对培养的物理条件具有较宽的适应范围,在温度为20~25℃、光照强度为25 000Lux、初始pH=6.0~7.0的范围内生长稳定.当CO2浓度(体积分数)为10%~15%时,KX-2有较高的生长速度,在CO2体积分数为15%时,生长最好,5d培养后的藻密度为84.27×106个/mL,并且在CO2体积分数为60%~80%时能够缓慢增长,对高浓度CO2环境表现出较好耐受性.研究结果表明,KX-2藻有望用于固定工业尾气中的高浓度CO2.
A new fresh water microalga, which has highly CO2 tolerance, was isolated from a pond in Hotspring Town in Qingdao. The alga colonies of the microalgae on plating medium appeared dark green and the surface of the alga colonies is rough and wet. The shape of the microalga's cell appeared crescent, 6-8 μm long and 1 μm wide at its maximum. It was identified as genus Selenastrum and named KX-2 strain. The KX-2 strain had a better growth rate in a broad range of physically controllable conditions, including temperature: 20-25 ℃, pH value: 6.0-7.0 and intensity of illumination: 25 000 Lux. It had a good growth at 10%-15% (v/v) CO2 enriched air flowing condition and the maximum growth at 15% CO2 The cell concentration was 84. 27×10^6 cells/ml after being cultured five days. The KX-2 strain could tolerate CO2 concentration up to 60%-80%. The results indicated the feasibility of the KX-2 strain for fixing CO2 from industrial exhaust gas.
