摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国的劳动者报酬在GDP中的比重下降明显。大多数国家的劳动报酬份额也呈下降趋势,但与国外相比,我国的劳动份额明显偏低。其原因既有国际特征的一般性,也有中国问题的特殊性。通过建立长期动态模型对中国劳动份额变动影响因素进行分析,结果表明,失业压力是导致中国劳动份额下降的最重要因素;提高劳动报酬在国民收入中的比重具有重要的现实意义,需要政府、企业和劳动者共同努力,其中最主要的是发挥政府的作用。
The proportion of laborers" compensation in GDP has declined greatly since 1990s in China. Labor's share has declined in most countries too, but compared with other countries it is apparently lower in China. The reason lies in international universality as well as China's particularity. This article analyzes the influence factors on labor's share in China based on the Longterm Dynamic Model. The results show that unemployment pressure is the most important factor leading to the decrease of labor's share, and that increasing the proportion of labor's compensation in national income has an important realistic significance, which requires the joint effort of the government, enterprises and laborers, of which the most important is to exert the government's function
