摘要
学风建设问题是各高校一直十分关注和研究的问题,学风建设水平从一个侧面反映一所高校的办学能力,它对人才培养的质量起着重要作用。该文通过对某理工科院系进行随机抽样调查,分析指出了理工科院系大学生在学习动机、学习态度、学习安排、学生读书状况等方面存在的问题,并根据分析结果提出针对性的建议与对策。
The construction of study - style has been very much concerned with and studied. It is a reflection of the management of a school, and is of great importance to the quality of trained personnel. Through the survey of random samples from some science colleges or departments, the paper analyzed the existing problems of the science students in the areas of motivation, attitude, study arrangement, and reading, and then gave some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
