摘要
相对于传统的采购模式,集中采购是一种适应特大型企业集团发展需要的采购模式,集团总部的集中采购,其优势更为明显。而企业集中采购的成败,关键在于风险的防范与控制。因此,本文分析了集中采购中存在的各种风险,归纳了风险的表现形式,并针对风险的存在,提出了相应的对策及措施。
Comparing with traditional procurement mode, centralized purchasing can better meet the needs of large enterprise groups. Especially, centralized purchasing at headquarter level can bring tremendous advantage to the business. Therefore, the success of centralized purchasing becomes vital to large enterprise groups. The key factors which can affect the success of centralized purchasing are risk prevention and control. In this paper, various risks existing during the process of centralized purchasing and their expression were analyzed, their corresponding coutermeasures were also proposed.
