胎盘植入保宫治疗21例临床总结

摘要 胎盘植入是产科严重并发症之一,能影响子宫收缩,导致产后大出血危及产妇生命。近年来,随着人工流产次数增多,剖宫产率的升高,胎盘植入的发生率呈上升趋势。以往胎盘植入常行子宫次全切除术,由于丧失生育能力,对产妇造成了巨大的精神创伤。我院自2006年起采用药物及子宫动脉结扎或子宫动脉栓塞术治疗胎盘植入患者21例,取得良好效果。现报道如下。
