静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的临床观察静脉注射丙种球蛋折(IVIG)治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将60例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成2组,对照组30例,治疗组30例。2组常规给予抗病毒、解痉、平喘、吸氧及镇静等对症处理,有合并感染者给予抗生素治疗,治疗组加用IVIG静滴。临床观察比较2组咳嗽消失或缓解、喘憋消失、肺部体征消失时间及平均住院时间有无差异性。结果治疗组各项指标明显优于对照组(P均<0.01),临床效果显著。结论静脉应用IVIG治疗毛细支气管炎疗效显著。
