莉芙敏治疗绝经综合征的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨莉芙敏治疗绝经综合征的有效性和安全性。方法将40例绝经综合征妇女随机分为2组,分别予以莉芙敏口服和雌孕激素口服。比较2组治疗前、治疗后3个月的KMI总分和卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平。同时记录是否有妇科相关不良反应。结果经3个周期治疗后,2组患者的绝经综合征症状得到明显改善,KMI评分显著下降,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。莉芙敏组治疗前后E2、FSH比较无明显改变(P均>0.05)。对照组E2明显升高,而FSH等指标均明显降低,治疗前后相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论莉芙敏与雌孕激素治疗妇女绝经综合征的疗效相似,而对患者体内E2、FSH的水平没有影响,且安全性好,不良反应少。
