天麻钩藤饮合杞菊地黄丸加减治疗高血压临床分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的观察天麻钩藤饮合杞菊地黄丸治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病的临床疗效。方法将196例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组:治疗组137例予天麻钩藤饮合杞菊地黄丸加减治疗,对照组59例予硝苯地平片口服治疗。2组均10 d为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后观察临床疗效和血压变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率98.5%,对照组总有效率91.5%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论天麻钩藤饮合杞菊地黄丸加减治疗原发性高血压,疗效优于西药治疗,降压效果明显。 Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with lycium-rehmannia pill on hypertension of Yang excess and Yin deficiency type.Methods 196 cases of patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 137 cases was treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with Lycium-relumannia pills,and 59 cases in the control group were given nifedipine tablet by oral use.Both the treatment courses were 10 days.After 4 courses of treatment,the clinical curative effect and changes of blood pressure were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.5%,and that of control group was 91.5%,compared with each other,the difference was significant(P0.05).The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion The antihypertensive effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with lyceum-rehmannia pill on hypertension is obvious,which is better than that of treatment with western medicine.
