摘要
对液力变矩器的制造精度和质量要求很高,焊后必须保证产品的尺寸精度,并要进行疲劳试验以考核焊缝的强度。采用热弹塑性有限元等方法,对液力变矩器的焊接变形、焊接残余应力和疲劳试验应力进行了数值模拟和分析。通过分析计算 ,可以预测各种条件对焊接变形的影响 ;发现疲劳承载时的最危险断面不在焊缝处 ,而是在上盖板的弯角处。
A higher processing accuracy and quality are required for the hydraulic torque converter,the product dimension accuracy must be guaranted after it is welded and the fatigue test is needed for varifying the welding strength.The numerical value simulation and analysis are conducted for the welding deformation,residual welding stress and fatigue test stress of hydraulic torque converter by using the thermo-elastic plastic finite element method and etc.By analysis and calculation,the effect of various conditions on welding deformation can be predicted and found that the most hazardous section under fatigue load condition is not in the weld seam position,but in the corner position of upper cover plate.
