摘要
物联网研究是世界上各国都在积极研究的未来信息技术,在世界传感网领域,我国是标准主导国之一,专利拥有量高。在中国知识产权法律制度还不够完善之前,新技术的产生和应用面临着一系列的挑战。在经济发展社会,科技引领时代,做好物联网知识产权的保护对于我国政府实施未来国家战略显得特别重要。
Internet is the use of ubiquitous network technology to build things up, is the second computer, Internet and mobile network after another wave of information industry, is a new technology field. The concept of things in China as early as 1999 made, and was called sensor networks. China Academy of Sciences in 1999 started the study of things and made a series ofachievements. 2005 International Telecommunication Union formally proposed the ＂Internet of things＂ concept. Interact of Things is the world＇s countries are actively considering the future of information technology, the field of sensor networks in the world, China is one of the leading standards, patent ownership is high. Intallectual property rights in China before the legal system is not perfect, the generation and application of new technology faces a number of challenges. Social economic development, science and technology lead times, good things of intellectual property protection for the future of our government to implement a national strategy is especially important.
