紫苏籽提取物对育肥猪生长性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验选择30kg左右杜长大商品猪90头,进行为期42天的饲养试验。对照组饲喂基础日粮;抗生素组在每公斤基础日粮中添加金霉素和喹乙醇各120mg和100mg;紫苏籽提取物组在每公斤基础日粮中添加紫苏籽提取物200mg。试验结果表明:(1)与对照组和抗生素组相比,紫苏籽提取物组育肥猪日增重分别提高5.63%(P〈0.05)和3.50%(P〈0.05);料肉比分别下降7.59%(P〈0.05)和3.85%(P〈0.05);采食量均有所降低。(2)与对照组和抗生素组相比,紫苏籽提取物组的育肥猪血清生长激素(GH)、胰岛素(INS)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)、尿素氮(BUN)水平均得到显著改善。说明日粮中添加紫苏籽提取物可显著提高育肥猪的生长性能,且效果优于对照组和抗生素组。 Ninety pigs were selected and randomly divided into three groups. The control group was fed on the basic ration, while the antibiotic group was fed on basic ration per kilogram added with 120 milligram chlortetracycline and 100 milligram olaquindox. The perilla seed extracts group was fed on basic ration per kilogram added with 200 milligram perilla seed extracts. The results showed that: the average daily gain of the perilla seed extracts group increased by 5.63% and 3.50% and the feed/gain decreased by 7.59% and 3.85% respectively than the control group and the antibiotic group. Compared with the control group and the antibiotic group, the content of GH,INS,T3 ,T4 and BUN in blood serum of perilla seed extract group had improved respectively. All the results showed that the perilla seed extract could improve the performance of finishing pigs.
