摘要
"海峡西岸经济区"建设的提出为福建省经济发展营造了更好的有利的国内环境。人力资源作为社会经济发展主动力,其体系的构建必将成为支撑整个经济区的发展的主心骨。福建省人力资源体系的构建显得尤为重要,人力问题的解决及对策有待我们进一步探讨。
The construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits offered Fujian Province an opportunity provide a better development environment. And the human resource support system is essential for the construction of the Straits Zones. The paper discuses how to build human resource support system to supply a support for the economic development in Fujian Province.
