摘要
针对PTT纤维的特性,对毛条染色和染整工艺做了详细的论证试验,从毛条经纬纱投料比例、毛纱捻度、织机上机幅宽、织物紧度、织物组织结构、设计参数进行综合试验筛选,充分体现PTT纤维的弹性,确保织物纬向弹性伸长达到10%以上,纬向弹性回复率达到90%以上,各项物理指标符合日本纺织标准JIS要求的18个检测项目指标要求。研究表明,毛条染色、复洗和烘干温度,热定形速度、温度以及超喂量,对于PTT产品的特性影响较敏感。
According to the characteristics of PTT fiber,we have conducted comprehensive analysis and test for the wool top dyeing technique and finishing technique.Based on the ratio of warp and weft of wool top,the wool yarn twist of spinning,the griege width of loom,the tightness of textile,the construction of textile,we have designed variables to do comprehensive experiment for screening.It completely shows the elasticity of PTT fiber and it ensures the fabric width strength is higher than 10% and weft elasticity reversion rate is higher than 90%,to make sure all the physical standards of the fabric meet the 18 textile item standards of JIS.Research shows that PTT fabric characteristics will be influenced by tops dye,washing,temperature of dry,and the speed,temperature and feeding amount of finishing machine.
