摘要
论述喷气织机异形筘的技术要求及其维修保养标准。通过分析异形筘的气流检测与线度测试方法及要求、异形筘筘号与筘片厚度、筘隙的选择方法,指出了异形筘的技术要求与日常维修保养标准。认为异形筘的使用厂家使用前一定要按异形筘的检验标准进行检查验收,并通过建立一系列管理制度,提高异形筘的使用寿命,减少消耗。
Technology demands and maintenance of profile reed in air-jet loom were discussed. Airflow test of pro- file reed and linear speed test method ＆ demand were analyzed. Selection method of profile reed counts, reed blade thickness and reed slit were analyzed. Technology demands and maintenance standard of profile reed were pointed out. It is considered that for profile reed user,profile reed test standard should be checked before usage,a series of management system should be established to increase profile use life and reduce consumption.
