摘要
梳理西方管理控制理论代表学派的各种观点,从管理控制理论学的历史基础与学科基础两个视角剖析各学派形成的根基,厘清各学派产生的基础与规律,呈现各学派的实质特征与优劣势,并在此基础上研究西方管理控制学派发展对我国的启示。
The paper starts with a summarizing and introducing western management control schools, then analyzes the foundations of the schools from historic and discipline perspectives, and ends up with general characteristics comments of schools and some inspirations for future research.
