摘要
在国际气候谈判领域,中国常常成为部分西方发达国家指责的对象,尽管中国努力作出说明,但收效甚微,这种局面凸显了中国在气候领域公共外交能力的不足。为此,中国政府应在充分把握气候领域公共外交对象心理的基础上,将公共外交与现代传媒创造性地结合在一起,采取多种形式的气候公共外交手段,同时还要注意气候公共外交叙述方式的合理运用,以最大程度地扭转并提升中国在国际气候谈判领域的国家形象。
In the field of international climate negotiations,China is often the target of criticism of some western countries.Though China has made much effort to explain,there is little success.This situation shows that China needs public diplomacy in climate negotiation.To reverse and enhance China's image in the field of international climate negotiation,China should employ various forms of public diplomacy,and pay much attention to the psychological analysis of other countries and way of narration in diplomacy.
