摘要
目的了解社区护士对社区护理条例、规范的学习及掌握情况,分析社区护理安全的影响因素,提出对策。方法采用方便取样的方法对北京城区的135名社区护士进行调查。结果 98.5%社区护士认为掌握相关护理条例、规范重要;而相关的培训在基础教育中滞后、转岗中不足,护龄长短对条例、规范的掌握无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论加强社区护士相关条例、规范和业务技能的在职培训,开展风险意识教育,落实各项制度和行为规范,保证社区护理安全。
Objective Learning about how well the community nurses with certificate learn and master the knowledge of community nursing regulations and norms,analyzing the factors of community nursing safety and bring forward measures. Methods Applying the method of convenience sampling to investigate 133 community nurses in Beijing.ResvLts 98.5% of the community nurses consider the master of relevant nursing regulations and norms as significant to community nursing work. But relevant training was hysteretic in basic education and was insufficient in position transferring.There is no obvious difference in the master of nursing regulations and norms for different working years（P〈0.05）.Conclusion We should enhance on--the-job education to strengthen community nurses＇ awareness of regulations,norms as well as operational skills, carry out the education of risk prevention,and put all the regulations and operative norms into effect,in order to ensure the safety of community nursing.
