摘要
介绍了实验水箱热工量综合测控系统,涉及液位、温度的测量,并能够对水箱液位和加热温度进行准确控制。系统采用PLC作为主控系统,应用PID算法实现控制调节,通过模拟量的扩展模块EM235实现输入测量信号的模-数转换及输出控制信号的数-模转换。通过组态软件完成上位机的测控界面设计,实现上下位机之间的通信,参数的输入输出传送、显示及控制曲线的实时监视。
This paper introduces water tank thermal measurement and control system, its level and temperature measurement and water heating and temperature control. PLC is used as a main control and the object is regulated by PID control algorithm to realize analog-digital conversion of the input measurement signal and digital-analog conversion of the output measurement signal through the expansion module. The KingView software of the PC computer is used to complete interface design,achieve the transmission of input and output parameters, display and control real time curve.
