摘要
固结灌浆技术常用于水电工程破碎岩体的综合处理,可以有效地提高岩体的强度、完整性及渗透性能。重庆蹇家湾水电站工程坝基岩体破碎,承载力和抗渗性能较差,不能满足规范对坝基岩体的承载力和抗渗要求,因此需要采用固结灌浆提高坝基岩体的抗渗性能。通过对蹇家湾水电站坝基岩体灌浆施工程序及压水试验检测结果进行分析可以看出:固结灌浆有效地提高了坝基岩体的抗渗指标,坝基岩体灌浆效果良好。
Consolidation grouting technology is generally used to treat fractured rock mass in hydropower station so as to effectively improve rock strength,integrality and imperviousness.At Jianjiawan hydropower project,dam foundation rock mass is fractured with poor bearing capacity and imperviousness,which not meets requirements in criterion.Therefore,consolidation grouting is used to improve imperviousness in dam foundation rock mass.In this paper,dam foundation rock mass grouting construction procedure and water pressure test results are analyzed.The test results show that consolidation grouting effectively improve imperviousness of dam foundation rock mass and dam foundation rock mass achieves good grouting results.
