摘要
当前我国已初步建立了"党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与"的社会管理格局,非政府组织在其中起了非常重要的作用。本文从当前我国非政府组织的基础理论、非政府组织与政府的关系、非政府组织的功能、非政府组织的专题、非政府组织参与社会管理、民族地区非政府组织等几个方面进行了归纳、整理。
At present, China has initially established the social management pattern of Party leadership, government responsibility, social coordination, public participation, in which non-governmental organizationshave played a very important role. This article sums up the Chinese non-governmental organization research from basic theory of NGOs, study of the relationship between NGOs and government, NGOs＇ function, topicsof NGOs, NGOs＇ participation in social management, NGOs in the ethnic minority areas.
