摘要
产业链经营是现代农业发展的主要特征之一。湖南是农业大省,但在农业发展中也存在各种问题,如农产品附加值不高,产业带动能力不强,农民素质不高。为加快农村经济发展,推动农业现代化进程,湖南省必须加强农业产业链的培育。应加大政府支持力度,优化农业产业链,发挥产业龙头的带动作用,提高产业链的市场竞争力,加强农业科技和教育投入。
Industry chain management is one of the main features for the development of modern agriculture. Although Hunan province is a large agricultural province, there are still a lot of problems in the process of agricultural development, such as low added value of agricultural products, poor industry driving ability and the low quality of peasants. For speeding up the development of the rural economy and promoting agricultural modernization, government must strengthen the breeding of agricultural industry chain in Hunan province, should increase support of policy and finance, optimize agricultural industry chain, and play a leading role in industry, enhance market competition of industry chain and increase investment in science technology and education of agriculture.
