摘要
国内相当一部分制造机床的中小型加工企业出于生产效率的考虑,在伺服电机选择问题上习惯采用日常经验,却很少结合科学的理论计算支持,造成目前国内的机床设计创新率远远低于西方国家。文章通过计算负载转矩和负载惯量,归纳出数控铣床进给伺服电机选择的计算方法和负载要满足的条件,为机床制造业的改进尽一份力。
A considerable part of the domestic manufacture of machine tools for production and processing enterprises of small and medium efficiency considerations, the choice of servo motors used on the habits of everyday experience, but very few theoretical calculations combined with the scientific support for the current rate of innovation in the domestic machine tool design is far lower than in Western countries. Articles by calculating the load torque and load inertia, sum up the CNC milling machine feed servo motor and load calculation method chosen to meet the conditions for the improvement of machine tool manufacturing industry can do something.
